it's like saying Hulk's so strong that no instrument can measure his strength. though it may be an objective fact, it doesn't tell you if he's stronger than The Presence or not... different universes, different ideas of scale and different dimensions of measure.
imo, with comparable dimensions, Surfer is far far far faster.
