How would you have Boba Fett die

How can anyone die for a 1000 years?

You would die from the pain and shock within the first year at least, and anyone who doesn't top themselves is obviously an idiot. Also, humans have a tendency to never make it past a century anyway. So what's all that about?

So, about Boba - Lucas said on the DVD's he's dead. Simple as that. BUT he does say that if he knew back then just how popular Fett would become, he'd have him blast out of the pit dramatically. That's all he said. I'd like that too.

Fett blasting out of the pit (not killing it) and just flying off in a "NEXT TIME GADGET!" way would be good enough for me.

a universally known bounty hunter getting killed because of a wookie smacking his jetpack is a little too lame

It wasn't a wookie.

It was was a BLIND Han Solo accidentally hitting his jetpack, so it's even worse than that.

I don't know how Lucas thought that having an Intergalactic version of the 3 Stooges in Return Of The Jedi would make anything better.

i would atleast have him killed in a fight with han solo like a old west shoot out

There is a sweet irony to how Boba Fett died though. I mean he died at the hands of his own quarry. Somehow I find that quite amusing.

I would have liked Boba Fett to blast out the pit shooting at Luke, Luke notices this, deflects a laser blast into his rocket pack, making Fett blast over his head with the momentum, Fetts about to aim a shot , and then gets decapitated by Luke in mid-air who then force pushes the rest of the falling body away into A. the Sarrlacc Pit or B. a big laser blast.

Either way I'm happy.

Ever since I saw Episode II, I always enjoy it when Boba Fett falls into the Sarlecc Pit.

I used to like Boba Fett, but seeing him as a little annoying brat kid makes his death all the more sweeter later on.

Lucas kinda wrecked the character altogether. I once beleived the Slapstick Sarlecc Pit was the lamest way for Boba to die, but now, after Lucas has demolished the character both with the PT and the re-dubs of the OT, that crappy death is fitting, for a crappy character.

I think it shoulda been somewhat like the way jango got that beast with his blaster in the arena except with Solo, Like Boba catches han by suprise and he jumps to the side to avoid boba's blaster shot and returns one right in his throat

Boba Fett did little to endear me, I never got what all the fuss about him was. I think his mediocre death was quite appropriate.

Personaly i would have Bobba die tin the battle of endor in slave 1 dueling Wedge, but's thats just me
