Queen Amidala & Anakin

Did anyone else find it strange how in Ep 1 Queen Amidala is significantly older than Anakin - and in Ep 2 - 3 seemingly does not age (whereas Anakin clearly does) and falls in love with the little boy from Tatooine?

Remember Anakin at 9 then around 19-20 in ATOC will have more of a difference then 14-24 for Padme.

Gosh I hope Lucas keeps his word on not making 7, 8, and 9. Who knows what to expect, especially with the main characters being 60 years old! lol
