Elisabetta shooting him(and the mission afterwords) were the funniest moments of the entire game.

from any GTA mines would be the agent that james woods plays in san andreas....El Burro from 1 and 3...the porn director that dennis hopper plays in vice city

so far i dont think there have been any great characters in 4

Haha, Toreno was awesome, especially since it was James Woods. 😛

I think overall San Andreas had the best cast of characters. Tenpenny, Truth, Toreno, Catalina, Wuzi, Cesar, OG Loc(annoying as he may be).

i love this cut scene...the bit when toreno says "they plan to offload them in the middle east and cause a raucous and everybody goes crazy...nananaa"...hilarious

Favorite main is Tommy Vercetti.

Minor - Well not really sure if he counts but..the guy in Vice City on the radio that is saying that everybody should start digging to seperate Florida and turn it into it's own country.
