As far as the cosmics in marvel go don't they usually say their fight skills are NA? meaning they either don't or can't fight physically because they don't need to, so wouldn't Spectre win by default? if his blows have any affect that is.

Yah, LT to my knowledge has never done the Vulcan death grip. Going off of just fighting showings you almost have to give it to Spectre.
