I always liked Shocker more.

Electro is more powerful and he has more control over electricity. And if anything, all Shocker will do is feed him more power. Electro 10/10

always liked shocker better. not crazy, not that much of a prick. guy just doing a job lol. i would like to see more of him. rather he be part of the initiative than constrictor.. but without the arm ripping KIA did.
