I guess we have to take the unusual power increase from the stupid LOTF authors into consideration here.

1. Caedus seeing as how he survived his battle with Luke.

2. While Caedus has more of a command of the force or rather, more raw power (allegedly), Kun has abilities well in excess to Caedus, which would be very useful in a fight. Kun wins.

3. Again, Kun has more techniques and his amulets, he wins here too.
