Nazis make better villains than Soviets.

Because the next attempt to make Transformers, might yield something Transformers-like, rather than the fatally poor substitutes offered in terms of charcterisation, design etc and might be about the actual Transformers rather than Shia Lebeouf's "character" and his mostly-irrelevant-to-anything life.

But who wants to see just robots fighting....? They're kinda hard to relate to.

That would be like saying "Well who wants to see space battles all the time" about SW.

Classic and great TFS stuff (from the UK and US combined run of comics anyways) was character/situation story arc driven with minimal human involvement.
