Mongul would give him a hell of a fight, and if Mongul is able to take the lead in a punch out, he might be able to put Thor down. Superman is able to stave off such instances, because of his amazing body armor, Thor doesn't have that luxury, nor does he have a healing factor to help him from being KO'ed.
