Could cosmic Spiderman take more than 1-2/10 against either Superman or Thor?

Yeah, probably. He can just trap them in indestructible boxes (though Thor could escape via teleportation or matter transfiguration)

I love that cosmic spidey gets such attention...if he wasn't popular to begin with, a 6-7 issue stint as a herald-level being wouldn't get noticed at all. As it is, most cosmic spidey threads involve a bunch of speculation because we never had time to determine his limits.
