Wow, read has a plan for everything. Apparently he has created a machine ready for galactus that costs a billion dollars a second to run.

It one shotted the robotic teamwrecker dubbed "Cap", which is impressive - but I don't see it lasting 2 seconds against Galactus himself, personally.

I don't really think it costs a billion dollars a second to run it either :/

That issue was actually pretty awesome. I was kind of disappointed and wary with Mark Millar's first two but it's shaping up.

The issue was a complete disappointment. Why would read spend so much time, effort and money to build something to punch Galactus with when he knows that Galactus' physical body is only an illusion created by the minds of whatever species he's eating at that time?

Because it's cheaper than Sue 🙂

I think the biggest disappointment for me is that with all these super powered beings around. They... had... to... resort... to a robot to win. 😐

Are they implying he created "Cap" at the end there?

I guess you need to send a robot to beat a robot.

I bet Stark was standing there thinking about how all his Hulkbusters (and whatnot) put together looked like crap compared to Reed's one-off attempt at building a transformer.

Edit didn't you hear him taxes man. He couldn't save the world from WWH cause he couldn't afford it. It's all the governments fault. 😄

CAP took out Sentry with ease.
