I picked this order from fastest to slowest based upon what powers would put wolvie down the fastest. Not really who was more powerful.
Darksied's OE and the SOK both one shot powers.
Superman's heat vision and fire lords powers could both strip Wolverines flesh from his skeloton leaving nothing behind but metal bones.
H/P doomsday likely could crush the adamantium in time.
Apocalypse could manipulate his body to enter wolverines and kill him from the inside.
Ultron would beat him to death as would WWH.
Xavier may be able to cause a stroke, mind wipe, or tell his heart to stop beating.

DD, Ultron, WWH, Apoc

DD, Ultron, WWH will have to pound Logan and rip him arpart enough to kill him which will take time.

Apoc has no instant ko or kill move so he will do his thing and everntually beat logan but that to will take time.

WWH probably.
