Bada, its not ignoring on panel feats, that could be said for both conclussions. 9 time out of 10 gladiator, superman, wonder woman, martian manhunter, etc.... is going to get hit by a bricks and that is on panel. On panel all of the above trade blows with bricks and basically has been killed, overwhelmed, or koed by bricks. You cant clal it pis since it has been going on his/her entire career. Flash, quicksilver, zoom, etc.... has the on panel feats of running circles around bricks like they are not even there.
With that said, superman, glads, etc.. should be put somewhere in the middle because you CANT say that they cant be touched by a character when there is 1000's and 1000's of proof of bricks destroying them. Thats basically throwing out one on panel feat and accepting the other. I agree with the fact that superman could get the first lick on a lot of people but again him being slapped around/koed by bricks outweighs him blitzing, hell 90% of superman rogue gallery consist of nothing but bricks. This will be a forever argument with a lot of people including new and old members due to the fact that you all are basically ignoring on panels feats and making a character out of something that he hasnt shown since he has been in a comic like hitting someone a thousand times before he got the chance to blink his eye, etc,,, If we was to do a battleboard on the most showings between superman being hit by a brick or superman walking over a brick due to a thousand hit iin a millisecond I promise you I'll win because I have more on panel feats of superman getting owned.
The way you have the rules set up, hulk shouldnt even be touched by wolverine since he has the ability to run 800 mps and has spiderman reflexes when we have so much on panel feats showing wolverine slashing through hulk.
There aint many top tiers that could beat regular wwh so I know for a fact that anything below silver surfer in power aint doing shit to him with these upgrades. Hell anyone below silver surfer power aint doing shit to regular wwh.
The only being in the top tier hierachy that I could give a win besides surfer over wwh is maybe thor due to his versatility.

Superman would get destroyed by Green Scar, as would Supergirl, Flash, Hal Jordan, Firstorm, and Martian Manhunter. Yes, the Flash is very fast, but it'd take a hell of a lot of more strength than what he's capable of for him to put down WWH.

Actually Majin Buu would rape Hulk. Fat Version will kill him, Super Buu with is intelligence will floor him or absorb him, Buuhan will will kill him and Kid buu will win I guess. Not every Marvel and DC character is higher than every Anime character.
yeah the DBZ characters would get raped by all of them. Notice how I said not every character is stronger. When did Hulk ever get batman fighting skills and energy absorbing bracelets? Buu doesn't need energy attacks to beat him. He will simply absorb him if it's any incarnation of Super Buu. Fat Buu would stalemate if not beat him. There really isn't anything Hulk can do to beat him since he lacks energy attacks. The only way to kill Buu is to wipe away every single cell in his body. You can't do that with just punches. Don't get me wrong, I'm no DBZ fanboy, I don't think Goku will rape Superman but I'm just stating facts. It's nice though how you had to basically name god's in Marvel's defense.

I am actually a DBZ fan (no really I am) and Buu >> Hulk. But with energy absorbing bracelets, hulk wins.
Buu won't know that and launch energy blasts at the hulk. Then the hulk will get really strong and lunge at buu. Now buu is strong, but don't forget that bullets have but holes in him. The hulk would just pound buu, and when buu just regenerates without a scratch the hulk will get even angrier.
Eventually, he will get so angry that he buu can't even tough him. Then he BFR's buu into the sun.
Buu can't survive that: he got killed by the spirit bomb which when it exploded didn't even create a city sized crater.
And if he does survive, buu will just regenerate in the sun only to be pulverized again, and that will keep on happening for all eternity- or until the sun blows up.
