parallax wiped away all of existance and even gave the spectre a nice fight. Joker used mxy's power to trap the spectre. Plus, Mxy has shown that when he's ready for it, not even all consuming destructive force can take him down.

IMO when the Spectre is "Full Powered" he would be a good three to four tiers above all Myxie.

he didn't seem to be depowered when he was bitched by mxy's power. he even talks about how with mxy's power, the joker would destroy ALL of reality. And he didn't have the finesse of mxy.
