Death alone is more than a match. With the ones like Galactus, Ego, Lord Chaos, Master Order, In-Betweener, etc, it's game, set and match for the team, and easely.

Entropy is suppose to be on a level with Eternity and Eternity is more powerful then those combined right?

No. A well fed Galactus would be a good match to Eternity (altough Eternity would win in final). But Death is supposed to be at least on part with Eternity, so...

And since Ego is nearly on par with Galactus, etc...

Yeah but Infinity Gauntlet Death was fighting with the other Abstracts where as Eternity fought him alone which suggest he alone was equal to or greater in power then the the team of Abstracts combined.

Are you talking about when Genis and Entropy killed Eternity, and Genis 'killed' Entropy and caused a big bang and Entropy became Eternity?

Eternity and Infinity are the most powerful concepts after Abraxas and the LT.
(Oblivion is somewhere in-between)

Entropy embodies the recycling of both Eternity/Infinity.

When Infinity/Abraxas and Entropy did not exist, Death was the next in line,
that's changed for many years now.

Only Genis didn't kill Entropy,
Genis helped Entropy initiate what was in Entropy's power to do,
that is, recycle the Marvel Universe by re-creating the totality of Eternity,
which in tern, re-created the Marvel Universe.
(So Entropy doesn't die, he's re-created until Marvel needs to be recycled again)

Remember, Eternity is the foundation of the Omniverse.

I put kill in quotations for a reason, Genis shot him in the head and he exploded into a new universe and became Eternity.

But to be specific, not just "a" new Universe,
but the new Marvel Universe entire.

Literally Eternity is the embodiment of the beyond infinite prime Multiverse,
and although his consciousness only transcends the prime Multiverse,
his reality supports all of Marvel.

So when Entropy/Genis ended the prime Multiverse,
it was all of Marvel that had ended indeed,
and all of Marvel was re-created likewise in the form you described.
