Going gray at 21!!!!!

Ok now I'm being serious! ๐Ÿ˜–

I boyfriend said I going grey a few months ago and I thought he was just messing with me, and thought nothing more of it......

...UNTIL LAST NIGHT!!!!!!!!!

I was flicking my hair round in the the mirror, as you do and to my absolute horror I found a rather noticable sliver streak along my left temple.

Now I'm having a major dilema ๐Ÿ™

I'm a natural dusty-redish blonde and I get white streaks in the summer when the sun bleaches out my hair (which is not the case with the streak I found! its definately silver/gray!) I dont know wether to leave it as it is and grow old gracefully at 21!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or dye it come the end of the summer?

theres no point dying it now as it will just bleach out.

Please, help!!!!!!! cry

my hairline is receding at 20. srug

i have grey hair around the side and back of my head and bald on top at 16. srug

Why would an English girl spell grey with an a? hmm

oh dont be such a drama queen. ive been finding gray hairs on my head since i was a teenager. you're acting like you're turning into a silver-haired mother goose.

get a grip.

If this is the other option, I would stick with the gray.

And to answer your question, you're going to turn gray anyway, so why not go ahead get the trauma out of your life and move on? I promise, your friends aren't going to abandon you, your family isn't going to disown you, and you're not a Supermodel or actress, so there should really be no big deal.

As for you, well...what ever! Women who go GREY prematurely tend to find it more traumatic than men, as women are more commonly judged on their appearance than men. ๐Ÿ˜›

its no problem. just dye it

I am 26 I found a grey hair on the top of my head, I just pulled it out

My brother found a gray hair at 18 years old. He's 24 now and he has gray hairs shimmering everywhere.

Like I said before its kinda different for men, and I will admit it looks good on some lol

I cant really pull 'em out without leaving a bald patch!! ๐Ÿ˜–
I'm thinking of going cyber purple again.

Actually not really.

It has barely anything to do with gender, it's mostly genes.

I'm alot like my Dad's side of the family and his sisters started going gray really early and I imagine I will begin going gray in my early 20's as well.

My mum didnt start going grey til her late 30's and my grandma is 72 and still has some of her natural colour! But genetics dont really apply to me cause my mum was adopted and we dont know the family history for her biological mother. and I dont have anything to do with my fathers side of the family, just a bunch of wasters.

No, she means it is different emotionally for men than it is for women, as they are less judged on their general appearance.

Knowwutshessayin'?
