anyway um I wish I knew more about Maxima... I do remember she was able to trade blows with DD and survive. That's a feat in itself. I think Maxima might be able to protect herself from pychic attacks (due to her psionic power set, unless she has some weakness to it that I am unaware of) and be able to withstand what Exodus can dish out physically with his energy projection and what sometimes looks like lighting. So Maxima takes the majority.

Maxima wins this, but when she fought Doomsday he was written in a way that no one gave him any competition except for Superman, which made me question the writers knowledge. Maxima in many ways is more powerful than most Kryptonians... well was.
He'd have to drain her tremendously, because even a depleted Maxima is ridiculously OP when she needs to be...

yeah and i'm unsure what type of physical effect a psychic drain has. if he COULD do it, he'd become pretty OP himself. even if he could drain SOME he'd likely be much more powerful. powerful enough to contend here? not sure. need to see some scans of him draining other powerful psychics i guess to form a better conclusion.
