Magic: DC or Marvel?

Who has quantity and power? I'd back DC. Vertigo counts for them.

are you sure? i can name like 50 great ones in marvel off the top of my head.

There's Doctor Strange. I also remember Kulan-gath. I heard he once whupped up on Strange. I think Shaman may also be powerful. But largely Marvel is scientific and DC is magical. If you want to count cosmic entities as magical then I guess Marvel wins.

Id give this to dc. It seems they emphasize magic more.

pantheons like

-olympion, asgardian, heliopolis, etc

sorcerers like:

-baron mordo, doctor druid, kulan gath

magicians like:

-dr.strange, agatha harkness, scarlett witch, nico minoru, etc

demons like:

-nightmare, mephisto, satannish, ikthalon, etc

and so much more.

DC has the 5-d Imps, Thunderbolts, evil Imps, Mites

Egyptian Gods

BTW, anyone hear about the Overseers? They're from the old Pre-Crisis days of DC. A race of omnipotent beings that live outside of creation. Created a being called The Adjudicator. A being that could destroy multiverses.

Dc has a greater focus on magic... while marvel has a very but exceptionally powerfull magic users
