I don't know if he can do that but he should be able to get comparable tech from Stu Clarks stash. Like I said there is an element of doubt because im not too sure what he has at present but he constantly makes stuff so he most likely will have some hi-tech gadgets.

I think Mr.T is better when it comes to prep. He has great leadership.
