Nothing wrong with most fetishes. If you're adamantly against one, it's more likely due to social conditioning than it is any intrinsic grossness to the fetish. Most traditional sexual acts are far less sanitary than many fetishes, but there's a stigma around some but not others.
This one's not for me, but I wouldn't be opposed to it if a girl was into it.
