My huge scab!!!!

So about two weeks ago I was playing softball at the company softball tournament. I ran to third base without realizing that someone had already stopped on third. So, I ran back to second and did this amazing jump slide, rendering me safe in the nick of time. And while all that was going on, the guy on third decided to run home and he scored a point! It was the stuff you see in movies, I tell ya . . . movies about guys who make bad decisions in softball. So anyway, I'm standing there on second and my leg is all dirty and feels a bit sore. Suddenly all this blood starts seeping from my leg into the dirt that is covering it. So, after safely making it to home plate I poured some fresh water on my leg and all the dirt and blood washed away exposing this huge nasty raw flesh wound. Right now it is considerably smaller, but I have a huge scab.

Do you guys want me to post a picture of my scab when I get home tonight?

Something similar happened to me the other day, apart from it was on sand, not mud. I haven't got a huge scab though, I'm quite jealous.
