I don't believe an exact number concerning how many celestials make up the entire race has ever been stated. So any exacts as far as that's concerned are naught but speculation.

Not that it matters. Anti-Monitor at his best is a multiverse killer. Celestials have never proven to be more than a couple of steps above skyfather.
