If you're going to workout your legs, than yes. Otherwise cardio after a workout is best, and it helps keep your blood pumping.

1 mile before/after. Nothing too crazy, 8-9 mins each. Slight cooldown

Gives you enough time to get into the meat of Sgt Peppers before the real work starts

I might try doing cardio after work outs then.

Gonna do some deadlifts tomorrow

never done a deadlift but I hear they're the best one to do
