Oh....

The second to last chapter deals with the main character's rival team and how they're going about the war beginning. From that point they feel that they don't have to fight, and they can make their way to the next country. But their plan is foiled when a foe from the past cuts their time short and now they must rush to the scene of the war to help.

The last chapter deals with the antagonist's army finally reaching the town where the rival teams are, and that is when the war begins.
