I dont think its going to be possible......here is the sig.....
..............notice the loss of quality?.....maybe its because i took it from you and i dont have the original pic (if you have it, it might help)....but the file size restrictions here are horrible...i have tried every trick i know.....and i cant get the sig to look clear and sharp......this does happen from time to time with pics that are bright and colorful....but this one was more than just big...it was huge......i wont feel hurt if you dont use it.....but as of now its all i can do...sorry 😮

I use Adobe Photoshop.....but i have used gimp once or twice....
Image---Scale---Make sure the chain next to the size is intact.....it will constrain proportions.
If you have a pic thats 480 x 200...and you scale it up all you have to do is change the value of one set of numbers....then hit the scale button
If you change the value of both length and width..and you dont maintain the right proportion..thats when they become blurry*
Now....what i would do is.....File-New...set the size to 540x150.......then take your pic resize it...just change the length to 540-Scale.......then Edit Layer-Copy....move to the new file(which is blank) and Edit-Paste.....Now you can move the layer around and capture the portion you like......this is one way.....there are times where it wont capture the portion you want.....then it gets a little complicated....try that for starters
If its pixelation problems...then it might just be the quality of the pic.
Dustin here, for another request. :] If you want to, here is the photos. The first is what I want the sig to be. I'm thinking the red in the photo glowing. Something fancy done with the eye also. I'm not sure what. You're the pro at it. Oh, and the other is what I want the avvy to be. Just make it flash like my current avvy please. :] That's if you want to do it though.
