Diablen turned to face Jacope X and quickly grabbed him and in one swoop devoured the hero. The creature turned to see a massive boulder or pavement flying towards it. Diablen braced himself and the pavement struck dead or but to no avail. Diablen was unharmed.

Sonic has reverted back to his normal form and went into his Super form. Super Sonic flew at the speed of sound and rammed into Diablen but still the creature did no budge. Diablen hammered Sonic into the ground sending him deep within it. Jack harnessed celestial energy and unleashed it causing the ground around Diablen to slam into him like a bear trap but the creature broke out unharmed.
"What is this thing!?" Jack asked amazed at the power this foul creature held.
there was a reason why john was known as evil's worst nightmare..he was a force of pure, unmatchable devastation..the forces of hell feared the reaper more than any of the other legends, and now people could see why..john was bad enough when he was calm, but now he was furious..his rage, restricted though it was, was enough to shake the entire city..he very presence was cracking the walls and floors surrounding him, and while he may have been certain there was another way, he no longer cared..he was summoning the power of the four horsemen of the apocalypse, a force so powerful it stopped the universes destruction long ago...
unfortunately for john, the only horsemen present were himself and jacopeX, meaning the reaper could only summon half of the horsemen's true potential within himself, but it would have to be enough..as john concentrated wisps of smoke began to form in the ground..as john focused harder the wisps became black tendrils and then black flames which clung to john as the ground shook even harder, throwing most of the heroes to the ground..a tendril suddenly attatched itself to jacope, draining his horseman powers from him and transferring them to john, who was rising off the ground, completely covered in flames which were swirling around him..the ground was now swaying beneath john's newly acquired power, and still the reaper kept going, fueling his hatred until, quite suddenly, a massive explosion rocked the area..
john had successfully summoned four horsemen within himself..as the smoke cleared his power could be seen visibly radiating from him..his eyes, which were normally blue flames, were now deep absorbing black embers which glowed brightly..he was still completely covered with black flames, which were endlessly pushing off him in waves..looking straight at diablen, he effortlessly lifted pieces of the crystal buildings with telekinesis and flung them at the monster, each impact creating another explosion...john settled back down on the ground, keeping his distance from the others in case his fiery aura affected them..he re-summoned his scythe and waited for the dust to settle..

Jack stood awestruck at the sheer power John just displayed and all he could think of was I was just fighting that guy. He stood at a safe distance from John and watched as he easily launched debris every which way at Diablen. Once John acquired his scythe everything we silent...but from the smoke emerged Diablen. His form was a bit different as though as diamonds were beginning to grow out of his body.
The beast roared and snarled. Diablen looked straight at John with nothing but pure hatred and contempt and nothing else. It then ran straight towards John at the speed of sound when suddenly a small thread of energy flew pass John and pierced Diablen but left no mark. Sefirah flew down.
"Dark Harvest!" Sefirah shouted and from within Diablen a small black hole opened up devouring Diablen from the inside. Once Diablen was gone the black hole closed up. "Pathetic."
Diablen was gone now and slowly the crystal city begun to return to what it once looked like. The tournament would continue within the hour.

john disappeared to vent his now useless horsemen powers..unfortunately this mean there was one less solar system in the universe...thankfully, the system was completely dead and wasted..
"well that was pointless" he muttered as he rematerialized in a flash of black smoke.."so who do we fight now?"
the hour had finally past, and where the was once immense damage there was peace...everything seemed as if nothing had happened...none of the spectators had left....john suspected this was because of either Aon or Sefirah or some other entity mind-wiping all but the heroes who had fought diablen..the new fights had been announced, and john grinned..it would be himself vs his old friend, jacopeX on the lightning field..this would be a fight to remember...the reaper teleported to the sight of battle, completely ignoring the dozens of lightning bolts that constantly struck the ground around him, never actually touching him...john guessed that once the match started, this would no longer be the case...he summoned his scythe and waited patiently for jacopeX to arrive..
All of a sudden, the lightning on a certain spot cleared up to the far away presence of Jacope X, as he began to float over the entire field. Every shock of lightning avoided Jacope X as his ki energy filled aura surrounded his entire body. If this were cheating, then he might as well go along with it. A normal human being is capable of accomplishing the impossible, but super humans like Jacope X posses the ability to do many great wonders as if it was second nature such as summoning an aura around one self. He then landed on his feet, looking at John who was his opponent. A rematch but this time this was a battle that Ice was going to miss this time. He knew fighting a reaper really intimidated him. He always looked up to John and never would imagine defeating John one on one. This is a battle where Jacope X will get no help from anyone else. As he stood his ground, he wanted to take this time to acknowledge John's presence and gave him a grin and a thumbs up. He knew shaking his hand without power would be an automatic death.
Jacope X then pounded both fist together, as he then slowly separates his fist away, as he summons much more power from his ki energy supply which his power depends on. All of a sudden, the ground begins to shake and lightning began to hit the ground much more harder now that the Ki energy that surrounds the entire aura which is extending is causing the lightning to increase. Jacope X then begins to grow more tone and definition around his body and his clothes and headband begin to sway. This was the only way to increase all attributes which takes him to the brink of becoming "Jacope XX". The ground began to rumble more and more violently until Jacope X spreads his arms out and the aura itself extends away from Jacope X's body and the lightning bolts were reflected all around and a couple of them were headed for John.
john was impressed..jacope usually went hands on first...the reaper wondered if jacope had prepared a strategy just for him, or was just testing the new field they were on..either way the jacope's move was flawed..john knew that his friend could only achieve jacopeXX if he did not attack, hence the aura shield, and that was no real challenge for the lord of death..
john blocked the lightning bolts aimed at him with one hand, and with the other telekinetically gripped all other lightning bolts on the field, separating the charged particles until there was no lightning left...it was just a barren arena now, but only for a few moments, as the particles would reassemble eventually..for now however, jacope was defenseless..john teleported behind the human and knocked his face into the dirt using the blunt face of his scythe...seconds later the lightning returned with full force, and john, raising his hand, drew the lightning to him and directed at jacope..
With all fighters gathered around the Tower of Aon it was time to begin. Llunna appeared before them all in all of his glory standing before the great golden doors. He looked down at the fighters at the bottom of the stairway. "Fighters!! It is time to begin your ascension to the top! At the top of the Tower of Aon rests the ultimate power that you all seek! All you have to do is get to the top. That will not be so easy. The guardians of the towers shall be your opponents. Those who make it to the floor before the top shall be pitted against one another. What is at the top isn't just power but the ultimate challenge. Once you step forth into the doors there is no turning back!"
With that Llunna vanished and the golden doors opened. Pure light was behind the doors. Sonic grinned, "alright! Time to start this thing!!"
And with that he ran forward vanishing into the light. Sonic disappeared before everyone and now found himself in a medium room made entirely of unbreakable crystals. He stood near the wall looking around. He saw no stairway or anything. Suddenly the guardian Sonic must faced appeared. It was an eagle that took on human traits such as the arms and legs.
"I am Valthor." he spoke his voice echoing. "I shall face thee blue hedgehog."
"Then let's get this over with!" Sonic shouted and charged at Valthor at the speed of sound. Valthor countered by backhanding Sonic throwing him into the wall. Sonic rubbed his head as he slowly returned to his feet.
"Prepare thyself. This shall be your final resting place," Valthor spoke louder than before. A golden aura appeared around Valthor and he charged forward. Before Sonic dashed to the right but Valthor was faster then Sonic. Valthor fired an energy ball blasting Sonic back. Sonic performed a lightspeed dash but again Valthor was faster and again he fire an energy ball striking Sonic in his gut.
"Man...your fast," Sonic spoke struggling to stand.
"I am one of the guardians," Valthor spoke. "We are the strongest beings created by Aon. Only the greatest warrior can reach the top. I am one of the weakest guardians. Do ye think ye can actually defeat my brethren? You can't even defend yourself against me."
"Well then...time to kick it up a notch. BAM!!" The moment Sonic yelled "BAM" he transformed into Super Sonic. A golden aura surrounded Sonic.
"Impressive...you can harness the power of the Chaos Emeralds. But the power of the Chaos Emeralds fail compared to the Aur Ain Soph," Valthor told him. Super Sonic grinned and blitzed forward performing a Chaos Control to freeze time in the process. Super Sonic prepares to punch Valthor with both hands but the guardian dodged it.
"How!?" Super Sonic asked with time still frozen.
"I am a guardian, I exist without time," Valthor answered. Valthor moved too fast for Super Sonic to keep up with and was hit hard by the guardian. Before the impact could take effect Valthor struck Super Sonic hundreds of times in a split second. Valthor performed an energy attack that became millions of small orbs of energy striking Super Sonic. The hedgehog crashed hard on the ground below but even that didn't scratch it. Sonic reverted back to normal.
"Blast it...I...I can't even touch this guy. He's faster...stronger...and Chaos Control doesn't even work," Sonic said to himself barely able to stand back up.
"Give it up hedgehog. You can't even best me and you think you can beat the perfect one above," Valthor spoke landing slowly before Sonic. Sonic charged forward and performed a Lightspeed Attack but Valthor caught Sonic and slammed him into the floor several times before casting him aside like a rag doll. Sonic laid motionless for a moment but finally stood back up.
Sonic stood up not able to keep his head up though. Valthor grabbed Sonic by his throat and with his free hand he pierced the chest of Sonic. Sonic grasped for air as blood rained down onto the floor. Valthor tossed Sonic's body away and it vanished returning him to his own world.
"Pathetic," Valthor uttered disappearing himself.

john had got the message, but he had waited, sensing various powerful forces inside the chamber...he sensed, rather than saw, the fight between sonic and valthor, and was readily prepared the resurrect the defeat hedgehog had he not passes beyond the reaper's reach..
knowing that he would see his ally again, john didnt waste any time mourning..instead he walked right up to the doors, and proceeded through them into the seemingly unbreakable room sonic had been in..in a load clear voice, the current lord of death said "i challenge you, valthor!"

Bruce Banner appeared in a room that resembled the one Sonic was in. A being that resembled a human like wolf stood before Bruce. The guardian towered over the man who was even bigger than his Hulk form.
"I am Skaroth. One of the guardians of Aon. Strongest creatures made by Aon. I shall be your opponent," Skaroth answered Bruce. The guardian was armed with a long double-sided spear.

Before John appeared a creature that resembled a lion with many human traits. It seemed more like a griffin due to the wings and the tail that resembled a snake. The guardian stood on the opposite end of the room facing John.
"I am Zicore! One of the guardians of Aon. Strongest creatures made by Aon. I shall be your opponent," Zicore told John. John's cry to battle Valthor went unanswered. Zicore towered over the reaper.
john snorted.."a shame, i wanted the other guy..i would have laid waste to his very soul...as it is that fate now befalls you, zicore.."
the reaper summoned his scythe, but unlike his last fight, he refused to go FH...well, not unless it was absolutely necessary, which he doubted..as the grim reaper, he was beyond death...but death is not beyond me he thought, a smile twisting his skeletal face..

Bruce stood looking up at Skaroth, observing his him
"Raally this is the best they send me , a large wolf this should be simple" His eyes then turned a bright green and he transformed into his large Hulk form without even having to be made angry.
"COME OOOONNNNNNNNNNN" Hulk throw his arms back and flexed as he shouted

((Just to tell you MM, when I made that long post I forgot you already made the matches for the next round but since it was just basically us four I figured might as well try to wrap this thing up))
Zicore grinned at John's remarks. The guardian started to approach John and despite John's size; Zicore towered over him like a man to a child.

The moment Hulk shouted and flexed he reverted back to normal. This was because of the power Skaroth held making it nearly impossible to retain his Hulk form. Skaroth chuckled slowly approaching Bruce Banner.
"Foolish human; your powers are negated around me. Let us see how strong you truly are," Skaroth answered.
