If this is current "odinforce" Thor then Thor wins, Surfer wouldn't be able to match his powerset. Thor 10/10

Classic Thor, although he still has a wide rage of exotic energy attacks ( including the 'godblast' ) I'm not sure he'd have the experience of such a fight. Surfer 7/10
