Captain America+Batman vs. Karate Kid H2H

No gadgets. No weapons. Just a good ol' fashioned MMA fight. 2 on 1. We all know that Batman & Captain America are amongst the best when it comes to hand-to-hand combat, but are they skillfull enough to take on the BEST martial artist? Or do they get their @$$'s handed to them?
