I would like to say Meryl via perfect headshot. But that's my fanboyism speaking out. But I doubt Leon's aim is bad, because of experience. Then again, Meryl does have the SOP system.
Hmm, this is a hard one.

Considering the SOP system doesn't work anymore would that even be a factor? But I'd say Leon wins.

Never was a Meryl fan, though I'd be lying if I said she can't handle a gun. Leon, on the other hand, never ended up as a prisoner of a group of terrorists, and managed to live through both a zombie invasion, and that annoyingly bitchy Ashley Graham... I mean, the Los Illuminados... yeah, that's what I meant...

I lie, he survived Ashley, so I'm sure he can kill Meryl.
