hal is by far the gretest of GL's(not including ion,but hals better than normal rayner)
but even so, he cant really beat Tan. Supes

or the maybe one of the alpha lanterns(not really GL's, kinda super GL's that function as Internal affairs for the GLC
but hal could so pwn one
