Question?

I'm not sure if this is the right place so sorry if it's not but I was wondering considering I can't remember the PSN password or the secret question (i'm a dumbass) could I make another Master account and download content from the playstation store and use it on my main master account?

The reason is I have my one account set to sign in automatically and now I can't remember my password and the secret question doesn't help

Nope, not the place. Try the Current-Gen thread that's pinned at the top of the forum.

Or better yet, contact Sony themselves and ask.
