Iron Man Versus TX

Essentially what im getting at here is this series of questions:

1) does the fact that tx cant regenerate play into the outcome of this fight?
2) Does iron man's flight factor in?
3) Iron man's anti tank missles , do they factor in?

all of theses things considered.

who wins

the scenario:

they fight outside the graveyard where the tx fought the t 850 in t3 rise of the machines.

Ironman is way too fast, durable, and versatile.

Iron Man wins. He may not be able to keep her down with physical force(which alone is questionable), but Tony will find a way using his intellect.

Or with missiles, lazers, or something else.

They will. Or better yet, he flies her to space. He is stronger from what I remember(haven't seen T3 in awhile).

Tx. It can control jets and as we all saw, Iron man couldn't handle jets.

Ummm...Yeah he could. He could have easily killed them, and almost accidently did. He didn't wanna kill the pilots.

hmm, yeah, i didn't acknowledge that he was trying not to destroy the planes, you're right.

Actually, he took them down. He just didn't want to hurt the pilots.

I remember he accidently toom one down when it ran into him lol.
