The Halloween Texas Chainsaw Massacre

I've heard a movie is coming out (at least, I read it somewhere on a website); Michael Myers vs Leatherface, called "The Halloween Texas Chainsaw Massacre". Is this just a rumor or is there actually a movie called like this? It would be awesome though, I'm really looking forward a new Halloween-movie.
