Doesn't mean Gladiator is faster than Superman. If we're comparing two feats, one where Gladiator is said to be moving 100 times faster than light, and one where Superman crosses light-years in a less than three hours. Superman's feat will be considered more impressive.

No, he isn't. Silver Surfer has speed feats far greater than Superman and Gladiator. Superman and Gladiator are peers, Silver Surfer is their superior.
