God...he had martian manhunter's TP as well as any other JLA'er out of the hundreds there were as well as Superman's resilience to TP (which a lot of people underrate) etc. etc. TP wouldn't save Thanos, let alone be the deciding factor.
Also, I see people have no idea what Amazo's power skills are. He can't copy ANYONE'S powers. At least not in the comic books. Only members of the JLA. Prof. Ivo was funny that way.

Hold it. There's a misconception here. That was JLA 27 Amazo. There's several versions, and most do not have limits on their copying like that one did.
JLA 27 Amazo was made to beat the JLA. Which is why Superman had to disband them. Most versions of Amazo can easily copy Thanos.

Yes, but the OT said "at his peak" and I've seen amazo about 3 times in total and that one was the most powerful I've seen, which is why I used it.
You're probably right though, there are most likely more powerful versions out there.
