Steel vs Storm

Both are at there peaks, who takes it?

Isn't Steel at his 'peak' wearing the Aegis Entropy armor?

and if that is the case, is it really wise to match someone wearing that against Storm?

Google Aegis Entropy (although I'd hope that would be unnecessary because you had the issues it appeared in, but if not .....)
