uni-power vs. power Cosmic

1 normal human gets the uni power and becomes captain universe

1 normal human gets the power cosmic aand becomes a herald

they each have i week to get familiar w/ their powers then they fight

which wins?

If the human gets the PC up to the level surfer has it then PC wins

from what I recall of the UniPower it doesn't do as much as the Power Cosmic does, amping something like 50x the speed and strength you possess naturally.

PC should win out.

if you're Thor or something, then PC adds less than UniPower would, I suspect.

uni-power magnifies natural abilities 50 fold and grants other great abilities, the power cosmic granted by galactus is dependent on the amount galactus chooses to bestow on that individuel. the power cosmic in heralds depends on galactus's generosity.

The Unipower gave Spiderman new powers.

i read somewhere that captain universe is supposed to protect eternity, which seems retarded to me

and lets say the herald guy gets firleords level of power
