Venom wins, but the people arguing in his favor are doing it all wrong. Wolverine would arguably lose to Spider-man (see the 50 million page post for THAT argument). But most of Spidey's advantages, Venom has and then some. He has a lot more K.O. potential, and as I said he has a costume that can invade Wolverine's body. The webbing would also at least slow him down.

You mean melee sinces Logan using his claws. No it quite fine for Logan who was original designed as a hulk rouge to ko toe to toe with Hulk. Logan won’t win pretty much ever unless he got hella lucky, but he can fight normal hulk for a bit and there nothing wrong with that given his abilites.
