It's regular Genis-Vell, not INSANE Genis-Vell.
If what you have said on Captain Universe is true, he could MAYBE scratch Galactus. But even then, Galactus pulverise this team within seconds.
this team, in a genuine all out fight with Galactus, should last about a tenth of a second or however long it takes Galactus to assess the situation and fire off a galaxy destroying/life-energy draining blast.
of course, if he wanted to toy with them, he could easily make some of them into heralds - on the fly - then sit back and watch them whack great lumps out of each other.

I'm just being a stinka, 😛 ... that's actually an alternate CU.
Still though,
CU's power-set depends on who's possessing the portion of the Enigma Force.
So, not every cat that has become CU is all that.
Yet, the Enigma Force is the essence of the Universe,
so if a 616 character dies while in possessing of the CU persona,
all life in the Universe will die as well.
This essential connection to the life-force of all beings has nothing to do with power though.
Lets see now first off regular Genis-vell (not insane) will do what towards Galactus to be exact?
Drax, oneshotted by Odin.
Moondragon has been defeated on the Astral Plan by Thanos, Thanos that empowered with the mind gem from Moondragon was defeated by Galactus.
Champion, that has been beaten by Surfer second time where battle was interrupted but even with the powergem he wasn't hurting surfer. furthermore Champion with the power gem fought Thanos and couldn't break through Thanos single forcefield, Galactus can break through every single one while he is hungry.
Starfox, of absolutely no use.
World War Hulk, get bfr to a Black Hole ore a star ore turned into energy and spread throughout the entire universe, ore stripped from his flesh ore turned into plasma, there are a lot of possibilities for Galactus.
Sentry, Here comes the "power of a million sun" and the "guy that fought Galactus to a standstill" His power of a thousand suns did not impresse me the slightest, neither did Parkers comment, this guy goes down.
Quasar, the only here that can give Galactus the slighest opposition (which he has done before) however in a PIS free enviroment Quasars energy manipulating Abilities falls to Galactus owns.
X-man, Pretty powerful if it had been Shaman X-man even better then he could contend on Surfers level just like God-like Cable did.
