Anyway, why would they have sex ? Did they ever show any real lust for each other apart from Luke showing the minor interest like any other man would do. Luke probably can care less about the kiss in The Empire Strikes Back since there is 2 years after Episode V and right into Episode VI-Return of the Jedi. Besides they didn't know. When Lucas wrote the script for Episode IV-A New Hope he did intentionally mean for Luke and Leia to be brother and sister not until he wrote Return of the Jedi (orginally Revenge of the Jedi). Thats how the story unfolded about the Skywalker family which also set up the story for the backstory A.K.A the Prequel Trilogy.
