Doom with prep

Is there anyone that lives on Marvel or DCs earth that can beat Doom if Victor gets 6 monthes prep time?

Thanos, Reed Richards, Galactus with something to fight for...

Doom has done it all shy of becoming "God." (which Thanos accomplished)

Reed is an unfair comparison,
since Reed has an uber cosmic mind when need be.
(the entire Marvel Universe was created using Reed's mind as a guide)

Actually, I don't consider Thanos superior to Doom in prep.

HOTU? God wanted him to find it and set Thanos up to get it.
IG? I can see Doom doing it. And the Elders are idiots.
Cubes/CCU? I think he's made one before.
Clones? All backfired, all were disasters. At least the Doombots work most of the time.

Thanos was seeking the Heart since the Infinity Abyss,
It took him arcs to prep his way to his goal.

TOAA, never made it easy for him,
TOAA did choose Thanos do get the job done once he acquired the Heart,
but acquiring it, was a mission Thanos had to conquer on his own.

Plus, Doom would've never been able to pull off the move Thanos did on IB,
cause the ONLY reason Thanos was able to get away with that,
is because Thanos is outside the influence of Order & Chaos,
therefore he slipped under their radar and was able to help free the IB.

Otherwise, Chaos/Order would've appeared, and curbstomped Thanos or Doom.

It was made easy for him, no matter how u cut it. Doom FTW if u ask me, he always had to work for it.

Well I won't commit to anything 100%, but im pretty sure Thanos was directed to a lot of"impressive prep feats" where Doom did wat he did by his own cunning and intelligence. Thanos was helped plain and simple...unless u wanna prove to me he was led by TOAA.

Thanos had to prep his way (on his own)
from an arc before, (Infinity Abyss) to reaching that moment when he leapt for the Heart.

Here is Thanos himself during The End Marvel:
stating he prepped for over a year to find THOTI:

Here's is Warlock during the Infinity Abyss: (September 2002)
stating that Thanos was already beginning to seek this new found power. (THOTI)

Indeed, here's Warlock again now during The End Marvel: (August 2003)
confirming what he stated literally OVER a Year ago (yea, like in real time)

Unfortunately though brother G, as you know, that isn't the case.

W\E those scans prove nothing, the mere fact that TOAA even became involved was enough to help thanos achieve this....doom does everything on his own.
