Batmans bigger, and has lots of experience in life threataning situations, an expert combatant by anyones stretch of imagination, however Bruce Lee's whole MA philosophy was about adaptation to the situation. Even though Bats has more xperience actually fighting for his life/ life of others, id give it to Lee - for maybe the Speed edge, and because they've never faced anyone like eachother, id give it to Lee for his adaptability, and technical MA ability.
close though
Bruce Lee would lose. 10/10.
Why?
Because Batman is a comicbook character, dodging fullisades of bullets and taking down 20+ special forces vets (even Robin - Tim Drake - has done that).
Bruce Lee, on the other hand, is the epitome of human perfection in stand-up martial arts, particularly when it comes to the integration of speed (amazing static-to-dynamic speed), refined (efficient and lean) mass and enhanced muscle memory, perfect cadence and combat timing, and dedicated study into PERSONALIZING martial arts to the self (his art, Jeet Kune Do, was perfect ....not just in the way in which it took the best from the several martial arts, but more in the way in which it could be PERSONALIZED to whoever was doing it ....JKD is supposed to be different to every person. It is not static like Karate or Judo ....it is supposed to be dynamic, different for every person. For instance,my JKD could have a lot of stand-up street-fighting work derived from Kajukenbo, while your JKD could have a lot of groundwork derived from Brazillian Jujitsu).
Bruce Lee was amazing in his expression of the human form towards martial arts, but he will NOT win against a comic book character who can dodge a sniper's bullet from a distance by FEELING the slight over-pressure of air caused as the bullet travels towards him!
This is the same reason why Batman can beat up any UFC champion ....scratch that ....why ROBIN can beat up any UFC champion!
The only way Bruce Lee would beat Batman is if you used a 'comic book version,' in which case you would have to use either Shang Chi (from Marvel) or Richard Dragon (from DC), both of which were roughly gleaned from Bruce Lee. Those guys can beat up Bruce Wayne, although it would be a very entertaining fight.
But the real Bruce Lee vs the comic book Batman .....Batman would curb-stomp Lee so badly, and the sad thing is that Lee would never even see him move (goodness, I have scans of Nightwing blitzing perps so fast they could not see him move ....he seemed to materialize ....and let us not even bring up other ....cough cough ....'peak humans' like Batgirl Cassandra Cain or Lady Shiva).
Bruce Lee is one of the most perfect exponents of human perfection in the martial arts (the physical expression ....NOT the ability to win in the UFC), but he is not going to defeat someone who karate chops ENTIRE TREES (two scans of Batman doing that) or dodges near-solid walls of bullets on a regular basis.
Batman 10/10 ....unless you 'comic-ize' Bruce Lee into Richard Dragon or Shang Chi.

also, Lee has virtually no real fight history, only hearsay and movies and how physically fit he is,
Batman stomps the little bugger

In short, it is unfair to put any real person up against Batman. His abilities is in our world superhuman 😛
