Hellboy vs. Captain America

How this goes?

Hellboys durability is far greater than alot of what Cap can dish out.
If he hits Cap with a solid blow *good night sugar*
ofcourse, hitting Cap will be a different matter entirely. I assume he gets his shield.

Hellboy for the Majority though.

Cap's been punched by Namor and Thor and Iron Man.

A punch from Hellboy won't knock him out.

I give it too Cap. Hellboy can take a lot, but Cap's shield can dish out more thanks to its unique structure. Even class 100 have called it one of earths most dangerous weapons especially in the hands of Captain America.

Frankly I'd say Cap. The shield and his agility can protect him from anything Hellboy tries to do. I'm not sure about Hellboy's endurance but I doubt the fight will really have to go on long enough to matter, the only advantages Cap doesn't seem to have are strength (which doesn't matter) and experience (which he makes up for with skill and sheer number of feats).

What's with all the anti-hellboy fans in here? I for one think this match up is pretty good. Everbody in here keeps thinking that Hellboy doesnt stand a chance against Captain America well for the record people, he has that stone arm of his that can open the gates of Hell and I'm pretty sure Hellboy can open it whenever he wanted to.

This would happen:

Hellboy lays on the ground wounded while Captain America stands above him.

CA- You're beaten

HB- I don't think so

Hellboy opens the gates of hell. All of Earth is destroyed and Captain America along with it.

Honestly, I'm not sure if he can open the gates whenever but I think he can.
