Wesley could just shoot Neo in the middle of the forehead. Wesley would just shoot the bullet really really fast. So fast, that not even Neo's being one with the Matrix would help.

Wesley would just fire his bullets faster and win. No effort. He'd fire it faster than Spiderman's senses could tingle.

Nah, Neo would never expect the bullets to curve. So he would just stand there expecting to stop the bullets in front of him with his mind. However, at the last nanosecond, he'll get a nasty surprise when the bullets curve and hit him. and then he would die and stuff.
