Dwayne>>>>Sorbo
uhuh

As an actor? Ew no, but to each their own I guess. As a faithful Hercules adaptation? Maybe, we'll have to see. Sorbo's Herc was pretty campy but that was what I liked about it. lol Personally don't blame him though for being disappointed at not even getting a cameo.

He was a cool Herc back in the days.
I simply cant imagine him for this role he is old as phuck and phisically he looks like crap.
I would pick Dwayne over him anytime.

If they do bring out Herc, it'll be years from now. Not only will they want to let this movie die down whether it's popular or not, but they've already got a ton of stuff in production for Phase 3. So possibly Late Phase 4, Phase 5 if they even decide to do it.

So you read the article & come to the conclusion that Moore's juz bitching again?

Artists need to make a living too, Kaz.

Its all he does these days

yes, I agree he has written some good things in the comic world, But yeah nowadays its him complaining about things.

It just occurred to me.. There would be nothing stopping Sony or Fox making their own versions of Thor and Hercules and make them part of their shared superhero Universes.

I think they could potentially run into legal trouble if they were shown with Spiderman or another Marvel hero.

You really want to see an emo Thor?

Decent movie & entertaining

8.5/10

Really? I would think that Thor, in the context of Asgardian superhero, belongs to Disney.

Maybe Sony and Fox could do Thor movies, just in general...

Wow, you're right 😕

Didn't say I want it. Just occurred to me it's possible. No one has the rights to Thor and Hercules. Certain studios only have the rights to their specific brand of Thor/Hercules.

Besides I do hate the fact that Spider-Man, Marvel's poster boy and Icon, can't crossover with any other superhero.

Hercules the legendary journeys was a different type of Hercules. loved it myself

as far as this version of Hercules it looks like shit wont be sseing it myself. No offence to Johnson just getting tired of the guy.

the problem is that it's a movie about a marvel character. what are they gonna do, make a completely non-lookalike thor?

would kind of make it redundant.

Nothing will stop them from making a Thor movie. But once he starts hanging out with the marvel characters they would open themselves up for legal issues that could snowball into bringing up they rights they do have.

To bring Thor in they would have to make him so much different that it wouldn't be worth it.

Movie wasn't terrible but it was mind-numbingly predictable and by-the-numbers. Every twist, every character arc- there wasn't a single part of the movie that took a risk.

Only thing that surprised me is how close it came to passing the bechdel test. Two women, talking to each other. So close. If only they'd talked about something other than Hercules...

At least it succeeded in being entertaining.
