Who'd benefit most from having the extremis virus?

Kinda inspired by the "adamantium" thread. My question is what character in any teir would gain the most from having the extremis virus succesfully injected in them?

I'm talking about every enhancement extremis gives you, minus the "Ironman storage in your bones" thingy.

What do you think?

so basically the character would gain a kick-ass healing factor, and control over tech? i'd say strong guy [mainly due to the HF]. extremis would simply grow him a new heart. sans the heart condition SG would be quite badass, imo.
