Problem, personal
I left my gf, and not on good terms. One of my closest friend (known him for 8 years and would do anything for this guy) has known her for a year arround. And I've heard they still talk and sometimes see eachother.
Would that make me a douchebag if I asked him not to talk to her again, to just leave her be? I'm feeling uneased when it happens.

I would say that yes, you shouldn't do that. If they are just friends then you shouldn't interfere. Even if they liked each other as more than friends, if you're the one who left her, you have no say.
My friend is gay, so it's not about that. You're right Mairuzu, it is a personal problem. It was a childish choose your side in my head. I called them this instant and told them I didn't bother. She was hurt in the break-up to, and she told me she felt good when she talked to him. So there, as much as I don't like it, problem is solved.
