Huh? What does Professor X and Emma Frost have to do with the Sentry blocking a mental onslaught?
"Current" Dr. Strange according to that New Avengers Annual stated that he doesn't have have telepathy which is weird but I'd still like to know what that has to do with the Sentry surviving a mental attack.
The Sentry has vast mental abilities whose main purpose is to hold his enormous power together. The Sentry is unable to use telepathy offensively or for that matter protect his mind from those attacks as shown and stated in the New Avengers Sentry arc by Emma Frost. He hasn't trained himself to do so.
Jason Wyngarde aka Mastermind royally mind f*cked the Sentry six ways to Sunday. Manhunter murders him due to his telepathy. Heck any telepath would murder him had they the reflexes to prevent a speedblitz and launch an attack. 😬
As for the Shadow King, he's cited as a "multiversal entity" I'm not entirely sure he's a mutant. And if he is one then he retained his powers after M-Day since he appeared in Claremonts disgusting New Excalibur "Dark X-Men" arc and still possessed his powers, he wasn't part of the Collective. In fact all this time he was actually trapped in an alternate reality and managed to make his way back into Reality 616 after HoM Wanda shattered the walls of it's neighbouring realities.

Actually that was Jason Wyngarde who mind raped the Sentry and then used his untapped mental powers to mind wipe the whole of Marvel Earth. The Sentry does not know how to use his psi powers. Mastermind however does.
There's absolutely no point to Batman nor Punisher being there.

Sentry has shown considerable resistance to mental attacks and is pretty strong willed....although he has had mental stability problems, he has never been mind controlled.
So Jonn has a low chance of a successful mental attack, but not sure to what degree(So Id give him a small minority, maybe 4/10 or something)....What I do know is that as far as physical combat alone MM get raped 10/10 vs Sentry every time as Sentry has been proven to be above MM physically.
