well technically he still out ran black flash, by all technicality, black flash only caught up at the very end, and even then flash technically outraced it to the end of time where death no longer existed.

I say it's between Flash and Surfer, maybe a notch faster for Flash. But Surfer is a beast.

Unless you are talking about pre-crisis Superman. In that case, Sups wins hands down.

But for me, Runner or Thanos with the space gem still the fastest.

I wouldn't say equal, it took black flash of all time to actual make up the distance he was behind.

If anything it was Flash's endurance that was weakening
