They’re both amazing but I think the Sopranos has much better acting.

BB and Sopranos are both in my top series ever. BB gets bonus points for ending on a high note.

GoT is way better than either of these but I am a sucker for medieval magical settings.

I’ve only seen season one of Game of Thrones and it was like watching paint dry. I just couldn’t get into it.

Am I missing anything?

Just the usual. rape, murder, castration, incest etc etc. all the things writers like doing to prove they're edgy. Only instead doing 1 or 2 of them here and there, Martin does all of them and does them so often that they've lost all impact.

Yeah, GoT is an amazing and nuanced show. It’s one of those you must watch several times for it to really sink in.

All I know is that the blonde dragon queen is hot and I want to pee in her butt.
